Our Returns Policy

You may return any item sold by Specialty Fluids Co. within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

Returns will not be accepted or only partial refunds issued for the return of certain items, including:

Specialty Fluids reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for orders canceled after funds have been received.

Please contact Specialty Fluids Co prior to returning your item for a return authorization number.   

Shipping

Orders received prior to 1:00 PM pacific standard time will be shipped same day for in stock items. Items ordered after 1:00 may ship the next business day. Freight charges subject to change. 

International  Orders

International orders cannot be processed online. Please contact Specialty Fluids for a Proforma invoice. All International orders must be pre-paid via wire transfer or Credit Card. A wire transfer fee will be applied when applicable. Orders canceled after funds have been received will be charged a cancellation fee. Please ensure that your wire transfer includes any fees your bank charges for the wire transfer plus the total amount of your invoice.

Specialty Fluids makes every effort to keep our website pricing current and accurate, however, if the price of an item has changed, you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
