Specialty
Fluids Company stocks hydrocarbon vacuum pump
fluids for every application. Use our cross
reference chart or the oil
selection chart to find the appropriate oil for your specific
requirements.

MVT-20 is a double distilled severely
hydro-treated hydrocarbon oil. This fluid can be used in both
diffusion and mechanical vacuum pumps. Excellent for direct drive
and belt driven mechanical pumps. Suitable for corrosive or reactive
applications.

MVT-10 Flushing Oil
improves overall pump operation and extends
pump life. During regular oil changes MVT-10 Flushing oil
is used to flush the worn pump oil and other contaminants from the
system prior to refilling with the proper grade of hydrocarbon
fluid.
