Shopping Cart Help

We would like to
make your shopping experience with Specialty Fluids Company as
simple and convenient as possible. The following instructions will
guide you through product selection, login and checkout. If you have
any questions regarding the website or any of our products, please
contact Specialty Fluids customer service.
Product Selection
Many of the pages on the Specialty
Fluids website contain "Product Quick Links" in columns on the
left of the page. These quick links provide easy navigation to all
of our products or product categories. The "Pricing" and "Product
Pages" also provide links to all of the items available at
Specialty Fluids.
Checkout
Once you determine the appropriate
product for your application, select the quantity and click on the
"Add to Cart" button. This will generate a basket for online
checkout. Shipping charges are automatically calculated when you
enter your zip code and select your shipping method in the basket
screen.

Customer Information
After choosing the shipping method,
click on "Checkout" at the bottom of the basket screen. This will
take you to the registration screen where you will be asked for
your billing and shipping information and to create a login and
password. If you have purchased from Specialty Fluids before,
click on the "Login" link at the top of the registration page.
Enter your username and password and continue with checkout.

Complete Checkout
Once you have completed the
registration page or logged in for returning customers, select
your method of payment from the drop-down list and then click the
"Order Now" button. We currently accept payment by credit card,
PayPal, or COD. Enter your credit card information or follow the
on-screen instructions for PayPal.

Order Complete
This completes your purchase. If
you do not receive an email confirmation of your order within a
few minutes of completing the transaction, please
contact customer service.
