Dow Corning's DC-700 Series Silicone Diffusion Pump Fluids are perfect for applications requiring high vacuum with fast pumping of large volumes of gas. They offer longer service life resulting in fewer oil changes, faster pumping and minimal back-streaming. The DC-700 series is used extensively in the Aerospace, semiconductor and vacuum coating industries.

DC-702 is a general purpose diffusion vacuum pump fluid capable of producing vacuum in the range 10-5 to 10-7 torr. Available in one and five gallon quantities.

DC-704 is capable of attaining vacuum in the 10-6 to 10-8 range without the use of a cold trap. The 704 is a rugged fluid that withstands exposure to air at operating temperatures and recovers quickly. Available in 500cc and one gallon quantities.

DC-705 is a single component diffusion pump fluid intended for use in applications requiring ultra-high vacuum with minimal back-streaming. DC-705 has the best resistance to radiation and a high spontaneous ignition temperature. Available in 500cc, one gallon and five gallon quantities.
